Web@LGX
Websites and wiki

The published site and its wiki in the same application. Pages are composed on the site, articles are written and reviewed, and each site stays isolated.

Why Web@LGX?

One site, its documentation and its access, kept together.

Written on the site

Visitors see the published site. Page composition and settings happen in the administration, without a separate publishing chain.

Wiki inside the site

Articles are written from the site, organised in a table of contents, and follow a review workflow before the public can see them.

Isolated sites

Several sites coexist on the same installation. Pages, articles, media and discussions from one site are not visible from another.

Key features

Page editor, wiki and multi-site administration

Page editor

Pages are made of blocks: text, media and reusable layouts, directly on the site.

  • Editable columns, from one to six, with image, dimensions and a text area
  • HTML code columns and nested blocks, so other site blocks can be dropped inside
  • Images with fade shapes, uploaded videos, a partner carousel and a timeline
  • A tip of the day renewed automatically

Built-in wiki

The wiki is part of the site. Each article belongs to one site and sits in a tree.

  • Writing from the site, with a table of contents and in-page navigation
  • Table of contents, gallery, latest articles and most-read articles, which can be inserted into pages
  • Image gallery: libraries and contributions reviewed before publication

Review workflow

Three roles follow one another: author, reviewer and wiki manager. The public only sees content already published; during review, the live version stays the one that was approved.

  • Author, reviewer, wiki manager
  • Review and approval before going live
  • The published version stays visible until the next one is approved

Several sites, one installation

In the administration, the current site follows the user's company. A super-administrator sees every company; an administrator stays limited to the companies opened to them.

  • Pages, articles and settings attached to one site
  • Uploaded images and documents isolated per site
  • Live chat and operators limited to the site's company

Free, without support

Web@LGX is free. Support is not included. The application is available on GitHub.
